I participated in a "pooled offcampus" ( conducted by limited no.of colleges )

1.Essay
We were given a sheet to write essay of our choice,
Tip: Give importance to points and title be innovative!, this essay is referred evn in hr interview

2.Aptitude
Pretty easy, English, GK, Numeric, Quantz, Technical(c,c++,java,sql basics), 5 no choice questions
Tip: first try questions with no choice, attend sufficiently in *each section*
Tip: Just give a little revise to basics, dont strain much.
Aptitude results may take 2-3 hrs becoz its written test.

3.GD
We were separately asked to speak about how was ur day for 1/2 min
Tip: Talk something, automatically you ll catch up with points, talk boldly.

4. HR interview
I was asked to write sql queries and sorting algorithms,abt my subjects.
Tip: Dont read pgms, read algorithms
Tip: Know wat subjects are there for your current semester :P

5. General Hr
Just questions in general about you, ur qualities and some knowledge about the IT and the company, just google them
Tip: Know what job you are competing for and know wat tat company does.
