Placement Papers - HCL

hello Friends

I tookup the HCL cisco test on 31 aug 2003.
There were totally 5 sections.

1.Aptitude-(age probs,premu,combi,pipes,average etc) - 20 Qs

2.C section (few Qs r frm Ramco paper and Qs abt volatile,const ptr,ptr to a const,1 Q with linked list..etc)-30 Qs

3.Networks --tough 1(Qs frm IPv4,IPv6,OSPF,ethernet address broadcasting,subnet masking, port no of telnet, ATM etc)-30 Qs

4.JAVA section-(Qs frm applets, buttons, etc)-20 Qs

5.OS section-(double pagefault,TRAP,working sets etc etc)-20 Qs--therz no negative marking for this section.

The test waznt easy at all. prepare well, u wont hav enuf time to do it. Do only the the 1s you know. Give more importance to the C section.
