I applied for the post of sales manager in Global Shiksha where I was asked about my experience. There were 3 rounds:
IQ test, Face to face interview with Manager and final round with HR round.
IQ: The complete test consists in 26 questions of increasing difficulty level. The candidate must choose from a range of symbols to find the one which completes the set. The challenge is to grasp the relevance of the symbols without context and to understand the relationship between them.
Face to face interview:
1. Why do you want this support team leader job?
2. What have you learned from mistakes on the support team leader job?
3. What challenges are you looking for in this support team leader position?
4. Describe a typical work week for support team leader position?
HR round:
1. What are your career goals?
2 Why are you looking to change jobs?
