Hello Friends,
First of all I must tell you It is a great company for IT professionals. I had done with Fiserv India and got selected on 5th May 2015 by going through all its rounds but could not join because I do not have 65% in 10th it is 64%. By the way here is the interview process of the company.
There are five phases:
1) Paragraph writing: It is quite easy just look for English grammar while writing para and nothing.
2) Group Discussion: As usual try to speak as much as you can but also try to good listener sometime.
3) Online Test (On Cocubes): This is most difficult online test that I ever given but it can also be crackable if follow Google for the Cocubes test. This includes C/Java, English, reasoning, data structure and data flow diagram.
4) Technical Interview: Quit easy. Just prepare the last project and the technology for which you have asked for basics only and SQL basics.
5) MR (Managerial Round): Just one thing that I will want to say for this is to only say "Yes" for any question because you will be facing the manager this time.
That's all about.
