Then all of them introduced themselves after which I was asked to introduce myself. I gave a brief intro (which included current city of residence -> Birth city and schooling till 12th-> was interested in cars, machines and good JEE rank -> got admitted in VNIT in mechanical engineering -> CGPA -> The internships -> Hobbies).

Trick Questions on my experience as Mess Councillor, to test honesty, teamwork and leadership skills I guess. Answer them honestly. Acknowledge the mistakes and at the end explain what you got to learn from it.

Many Situations based questions followed.

Did you encounter a situation when you felt that nothing is just working out, no matter how hard you try? Explain it.
Explain a situation when your friends and family told you to do something that you felt inappropriate/unnecessary to do. What did you do then?
During your projects, did your guide give some important pointers to follow? What were those? And how did you make sure you followed them?
Still, you must have done some mistakes, what were those? And why did that happen even after following the guidelines given by your guide?
Do you have any questions for us?

Yes sir. As we know, the major stakeholders throughout the world are recognizing the need of ensuring sustainability, due to climate change. They are looking towards renewable sources of energy rather that the conventional fossil fuels. And fuel extraction being the major business of company, how does it ensure sustainability?

My opinion- Look at the company profile and try to relate your projects with the job profiles that the company offers. Be Calm, and answer patiently (I tried to. We become anxious when we don\'t have an answer, but if we\'re calm and composed, we do come up with something that is around the answer).
