Hi Friends,

I attended the Off-campus Interview at Karpagam College of Engineering on 23rd August. In that, they only called people with no history of arrears. So competition is somewhat less. In that, they conducted two rounds.

1) Aptitude.
2) GD.

And the Other two rounds in the company.

3) Technical HR.
4) Final HR.

We are allowed to write aptitude as an offline test. And it was the toughest one I ever attended. No negative marks so try to attend all. The test is for an hour with 50 questions. After finishing aptitude, they asked us to wait for some time and after that, they shortlisted 20 people and I'm one among them. And the second round is GD. Don't think this is as usual GD.

It's a little bit different they want Innovative people, So they asked us to give some Innovative Idea for which do not exist. And we all tried a lot and they selected only 11 from them. And later we are asked to come to a company which is siruseri IT park for further rounds. Then we are supposed to attend technical HR it's not that much tough. Then attended Personal HR. The main thing is they asked us for certification in Java and J2EE. If you are having that then you will be lucky.

After that, they asked us to move and they told us we would call you this evening. And I waited that full evening and I've not received calls and also I asked some of friends who attended there and they also told the same. So I am waiting for the next day and the next day afternoon I received the call that I'd been selected for Excelacom and I was very Happy. I've attended more Interviews with friends. And I've got through this.

So don't lose hope. Be confident. All is well.
