The total process had totally 3 parts:

1) Aptitude.
2) GD.
3) Technical come HR interview.

Firstly coming to the Aptitude part, It was a Adaptive test (i. e the level of questions increase for every right answer and you cannot leave any questions unanswered, so if you are getting a series of easy questions that means you are answering it wrongly) The test had 3 parts, 25 verbal questions, 25 technical (c program) and 14 logical questions and I guess total of 90 minutes split up into 3 sections.

We got results in the morning of the next day. This was my first Aptitude which is cleared. I was super excited and tensed as well. The next rounds were pool campus rounds from other 2 colleges (SJCE and PES, mandya).

Next day was the GD, total of 110 students were short listed from 3 colleges for the GD and split up into group of 10 each. GD had 8 panelists surrounding us to observe us. So GD plays a very important role. The topic given to us is "Who is more responsible for less Olympic gold medals in India? parents or sports authorities?" initially I supported both and I was neutral but then they said to choose one side and so I said sports authorities are mainly responsible for this and finally I was shortlisted for the next HR come technical interview. Total of 30 students were short listed out of 110. Interview was on 23 September.

HR and Technical rounds was not that tough. Your confidence mainly matters in this round. Since I was from electrical background basic questions like why won't a bird sitting on d electric line get shock and why is a capacitor used and how does a regulator of a fan work were asked. Also questions like what the difference between C and C++ and what is IOT were asked. And a puzzle was asked relating to sorting a library issue was asked. Here your approach to be prob and the observation really matters.

In HR, common questions like our hobbies and strengths and weaknesses and would you like to relocate and questions relating to family background were asked. It take approximately 45 minutes to complete this round.

Finally the results were announced at 5 in the evening and I had to wait from 12:30 pm for the results. Totally 20 students were selected and I was on cloud 9 when they called my name. The feeling which you get when your names are called up is something which cannot be explained. Its something which you have to experience.

Finally, my suggestion is that once if you clear the adaptive aptitude be confident in GD and make sure you give chance to others and you listen to the points as well. Your body language plays an important role since there will many panelists observing your every move. And for interviews make sure you are confident here as well.
