Hi all. I attended Ericsson\'s on campus drive.
The whole process is divided in 3 sections.
1. Aptitude test.
It includes,
- Logical reasoning.
- Analytics.
- Verbal.
There was sectional cut-off and time is most important factor. It was conducted by Cocubes. We have to solve all 45 questions in 45 min with no negative marking. Next round was GD, generally it\'s not elimination round in our batch out of 52 no one got rejected in GD. Topics were like (online shopping vs offline shopping, social media, ecommerce etc). Prepare such topics they ask same for GD. For me topic was E-commerce.
Next round was technical round.
In these round they ask about your major project. Keep good knowledge about it, because it shows your potential. Then they asked about modulation, demodulation, active, passive devices, OSI and TCP layer.
Next was HR.
She was very pretty, asked same questions.
And finally out of 52, 38 got placed.
