Placement Papers - ERICSSON

Hello everyone.

I participated in an off campus drive of Ericsson India limited. Procedure include 4 steps:

1 - Written test :

This test was organised by Amcat, which include 4 sections apti, english, logical and personality test. They all were of average level. With good practice you can easily crack this round. In this round 50%student were out.

2 - GD:

This was a gd round in which approx 10 students participated. If you raise good points and put some valid facts then you can go through this round also. Maximum student clears this round.

3 - Technical round:

In this round, they will ask questions from your field only. I am from electronics background then he ask me about transistor, its basic principle, modulation, needs of modulation, GSM, 1, 2, 3, 4g\'s, etc. He ask me some HR questions also. It last for approx. 30 min. After that he ask me to ask questions from him, not only once but thrice, he asked this question. In this round maximum student go out. So be careful. They don\'t ask you so much and they don\'t expect also.

4 - This is the last round, it is quite simple one. HR ask me about about my training, educational qualification, family background, my research work etc, any previous placement and all. Just stay calm and answer each and every question very intelligently. This is the key of this round to clear. Mostly student clear this round.
