Hello friends,
I\'m here to share my overall experience regarding Ericsson India Global Services Private Limited campus drive.
This drive was for 2014 batch only and it was conducted through cocubes.
4 rounds were there:
A). Online Test.
B). Group Discussion.
C). Technical Interview.
D). HR interview.
72 people got selected from a batch of 100+ students after online test (15logical+ 15quants+ 15English).
Approx 48 people got selected after GD round. The topics were regarding some common and current affairs.
Third round was the toughest round actually.
Tech interview was not so easy to crack, but my interviewer was very good. First, he asked me to introduce myself and then continued some conversion to check my confidence. Then he gave me two puzzles and I solved them.
And then he started a technical conversion. It was a long interview session (30min).
He asked me from all the subjects we had studies during our degree. As I\'m from ECE background he asked my from Physics, Analog Electronics, Digital Electronics, Analog Communication, Digital Communication, Industrial Electronics, Telecommunication, Wireless Communication. I can\'t remember the exact figure but around 30-35 people got selected after Tech interview.
HR round was a cake-walk for me. She just asked me to introduce my family and asked to tell something about my schooling. Then she continued some formal conversation and finally she told me about their company policy, service bond, joining location etc. It was a nice conversation.
And then, at 8:30pm HR came, and announced the final result. 26 students were finally selected from that drive and fortunately I was one of them.
Tips: Just be confident and prepare well for technical round. It\'s a very good opportunity for ECE students.
