eQ Technologic Interview Experience - PICT PUNE 28 July 2014

Hi All, I attended the interview for eQ technologic on our campus and started the recruitment first from us. The company HR has selected the 88 students from 190 students on the basis of their percentage in 10, 12 and degree. There is no aptitude test. Out of 88, 30 were from electronics and telecommunication and rest from it and comp, and I am one of them.
The interview started at 9 am. There is no HR round, only 2 Technical rounds. They shortlist the students for the second round randomly as one round is over on the basis of 1st round. My 1st round (technical) is started at 9 pm.
For extra students, their is only one round, direct technical and select. I am from the EXTC branch. Technical from microwave engineering.
Interviewer (shocked): Ohhh, you co-coordinator! Come. Sit.
I: Thank you, Sir.
Interviewer: WAP to store 8 bits of data and how to store it using 10 KB of data using Micro-Controller.
I: Shocked! I have studied in 3rd year. However I have tried and able to write the program and interfacing diagram.
Interviewer: Told me to explain.
I: Explained very well each and every block and command used in the program.
Interviewer: Tell me about your strength.
I: Told (10-15).
Interviewer: Tell me about your hobbies.
I: Cricket, chess, playing sudoku etc.
Interviewer: asked me about cricket and all sports (checking my confidence).
I: Don't lose your confidence (advice to all).
Interviewer: Are you interested in testing?
I: I said yes with very confident.
Interviewer: Why?
I: said.
Interviewer: Ok. Thank you. Any questions?
I: I said whether it is good or not to ask now this question. Such that the interviewer understood my questions. (I am thinking of asking the question. After all this performance is part of eQ technologic).
Interviewer: I can't say now.
I: Ok. Sir No problem.
Interviewer: Thank you.
After half an hour at 10.30 pm, the results were out and out of 88 students, they selected only 10, and I am one of them. With a package of 6 lakhs. So awesome day it was. I and my friend enjoyed a lot in that night. Be confident in giving the answer. Every time.
