Hi friends!
This is Bhaskar from Sri Sai Aditya Institute of Science & Tech, Surampalem.
I attended Efftronics System's on-campus interview. Interview process is in 5 rounds.
The first round is a written exam (online exam) for 120 marks. The cutoff is 60 marks. I got exactly 60 marks. All branches (ECE, CSE, IT, EEE) are eligible. Approximately 700 people attended. Out of them, 22 are selected in first round.
Second round is the Technical Round. Technical Round was also conducted on the same day 26th Jan. Technical Round results announced on 22nd February. Out of 22, only 9 people are selected. In the Technical Round questions based on stld, pdc, edc, mp, simply gate syllabus.
I too selected. The remaining three rounds (psychometric round, HR, Final round) were conducted on 28th Feb at Vijayawada main campus.
In the psychometric round, He gave 60 simple questions. Like, find the next picture by giving 4 pictures. Very simple questions. I got 60 out of 60 marks. She asked approximately 30 questions are you interested in working in a group or not? (only yes/no answers) you have to tick on the paper.
In HR round some common questions like tell about your self etc.
In the final round, he asked me three questions only. About my project, logic analysis (not difficult), One microprocessor program (very difficult one). But still, I didn't get the results of the final round. I am waiting for the results.
