  Short Listing of Resume
      
   Q. Does company have its own form or  uses standard placement form?
   Ans . Standard placement form is used by  company for short listing.
    
   Q. Does company apply the shortlist to  the resumes submitted?
   Ans . Yes, the shortlist is applied to the  resumes submitted.
    
   Q. Is the shortlist qualifying in nature  or eliminatory?
   Ans . Shortlist is eliminatory in nature.
    
   Q. What is normally the ratio of  shortlist?
   Ans . Generally the ratio is 1:4 for  selection for preliminary interview.

   Ans . No, the group situations are not  conducted.
    
  Preliminary Interview
    
   Q. Does company conducts preliminary  interviews?
   Ans . Yes, there is preliminary interview  before the final Interview.
    
   Q. Is this step qualifying or  eliminatory?
   Ans . This is eliminatory in nature.

   Ans . Generally interview lasts for around  25-30 minutes. The no. of panelists is around two.
