Online Exam Syllabus.

Verbal Ability:

The verbal ability section is of moderate difficulty level. It includes topics like Reading Comprehension (short passages which are easy to solve and contain answers in the passage) and basic grammar testing topics like antonyms and synonyms, paragraph completion, sentence completion, vocabulary, fill in the blanks, etc.

Quantitative Ability:

The Quant section is of moderate difficulty level and tests your speed and accuracy in solving math problems. The topics are logarithms, HCF & LCM, time and work, permutations and combinations, geometry, profit and loss, simple and compound interest, algebra, speed and distance, percentages, arithmetic, etc.

Logical Reasoning:

The logical reasoning section is of easy to moderate difficulty level and tests your mental ability, problem-solving skills and decision making skills. It includes topics like blood relations, arrangement, number series, directions, data sufficiency, puzzles, graphs, etc.

Overall the online exam is of moderate to difficult level. The candidates who clear the online exam will qualify for Group Discussion.

You can use Oliveboard tests to prepare for both the aptitude section and for the technical test / interview part. Their questions are quite close to the real questions asked and many of my seniors recommend using their tests.

Group Discussion:

The group discussion usually consists of 15 to 25 participants. The members are divided into groups and given case studies by the panel/moderators and are required to put forth their views in a constructive way. They\'re given 10 minutes to prepare and around 20 minutes to put forth their views. After the discussion the candidates will be asked simple questions based on the discussion.

The participants will be judged & evaluated on their ability to interact, listen to others, on their knowledge about the topic, and leadership skills.

Post this, candidates who get shortlisted move to the next round, i.e., the interview.

Technical and Personal Interview for freshers.

It has been noted quite often that the technical and personal interviews are held together. While technical interview panel test you on your knowledge about technical aspects like C, C++, Java, DBMS and Operating systems, the personal or HR interview panel focus on your personality and other factors like family, education, internships, general knowledge, work experience, hobbies, etc.

SSC Marksheet.
HSC/Diploma Marksheet.
Graduation and/or Post-graduation all years\' mark sheets.

Hope the above gives you a brief idea about the Deloitte Campus Recruitment Process and Eligibility 2017.
