Hi, This is Arjun. I was interviewed for the role of Cyber Security Services in ERS. He started with asking to tell about My Engineering Experiences other than Curricular activities. Then He asked some questions about my Projects. Then he moved on to what do I know about the role cyber security services. Then he asked if I was given the same job to do for 3 months, how would I feel. Then Finally he asked whether I have any questions. I cleared the Interview and got selected.

The interviewer basically looks for good communication skills and smart answers, which is the most important thing to get into deloitte. Your answer should not contradict your previous answers. Even if you are lying, lie smartly, else the HR will easily get to know that you are lying. There will be another person who looks at your facial expressions and body language while you are answering.

Go prepared with all the basic HR questions which seem easier but are actually difficult. All the best. Crack it.
