Hi, friend.
I am Sanjay sojitra sharing my experience with Cygnet Infotech Pvt Ltd.
Selection Process.
1. Aptitude (quant, verbal, reasoning).
2. Technical Test (as per domain like. Net, graphics, java, testing).
3. Technical Interview.
4. HR Interview.
The company schedule the interview date and time. In my college RK. University Rajkot.
1. He conducts the first aptitude test and is easy if you read IndiaBix
Easy question from time and work, pipe and cistern, time and speed, problems on train, boat and stream and also number series and reasoning and logical ability are easy. And good question. Total of 200 students participated in the round and 45 students selected in this round.
2. The second round is totally on the domain base and my domain is ASP, DotNet. The questions like what is clr ? what is a garbage collector and basic question? Is a very easy round. Total 33 students appear this round.
3. And another round was conducted in the company's premises and is a very fantastic round. In technical interview is very good and the interviewer asks the basic questions. Net technology and major focus on databases and he asks about the whole journey of engineering and technical subjects and also asks about operating system and data structure questions and also asks some basic questions of the networking and hardware related. Also, 12 students appear in the round.
4. The full and final round of interviews is HR. He asked me to tell me about yourself and family background and other questions like what are positive points and weaknesses and tell me your hobbies and also about your college and many more things about our life and daily routine thing, finally 9 students were selected for the company. I was very happy because I was selected for the company. And also give joining letter and specify the whole terms and condition.
