Placement Papers - CTS

Hello everyone.

I would like to share my campus placements experience.

Our college is the best at its placement and so many companies came for placements I was trying for almost all companies which was matching my cutoff.

Usually all the companies had 3 to 4 rounds and as everyone know first round will be aptitude (80% of companies) or aptitude cum tech, disappointingly I was not able to clear first round itself for most of the companies and later for few companies I went to second round and got rejected!!! So disappointing right?

As I am from ECE background I wanted to try for core companies and unfortunately only for 1 core company was able to manage to go to final round and got rejected!!!

Now as you the MNC giants will be your target
Like Accenture, LTI, Infosys, Cognizant etc...

Took an Accenture online test - not cleared
LTI online test - not cleared

Now finally at last cognizant came to our college and thank god I cleared first online test and got shortlisted for technical round.

Now I need to clear technical round at any cost and I cleared it!!!!

Bingo! There you are now final is HR round and document verification. Done!

Then they will send the shortlisted students list to our college and they sent and it had my NAME too!!!

So, never lose your hope...try your best....keep trying....work a bit hard....have a concentrated mind....never lose confidence!!!
