It was campus selection. The candidates were selected from the amcat exam. Exam was quite easy and simple to solve consists of general aptitude question and easy english passage.
After 1 week the result came and my name was in the shortlisted candidates. Then shortlisted candidates were called for tech and hr round. Technical round, ques were mostly from recent project and resume.
Your resume can attract many questions. After that hr round took place. It was just a formality and nothing much. Basic things were asked such as hobbies and interests. After I signed a paper given by HR and done. Whole process was quite easy in my opinion.
After 1 week the result got declared and i was there. Waiting for the joining letter.
Just prepare hard and believe in yourself. Cognizant selection process is easy to crack as compared to other service based companies. I used to read the experiences of other students here and thought one day I will also going share my experience.
