Placement Papers - CTS

Hi Everyone, I want to share my interview experience with Cognizant.

It contains three rounds,

1. Written test(AMCAT).
2. T.R.
3. H.R.

Written test contains three modules ,English, Reasoning, Quantitative aptitude. Google for amcat pattern, Difficulty is intermediate, practice is necessary for cracking this exam.

Coming to T.R, I belong to mechanical engineering so the interviewer asked to write a basic program to swap 2 numbers. And tell me about yourself (sure for everyone), and he asked me to draw a design of small bottle for children. That\'s it. After 10 min they called me for H.R. If you clear T.R you are 90% in.

Coming to H.R,

Sir: Tell me about me yourself?
Me: Told.

Sir: How\'s your previous experience helped you?
Me: Told.

Sir: Tell me an incident from which you learnt something in your life?
Me: Told.

Sir: What do you want to do for your sister?
Me: Told.

Sir: What is your long term goal?
Me: Told.

And some casual talk, he asked me to sign a paper.
After one week I got offer letter from CTS. That\'s it.

Hope this will help you a lot in getting job. Don\'t be discouraged friends because I too got rejected in many companies and finally selected for CTS.
