Hi friends, I took AMCAT test on Dec 2014, they told after 1 week you will get the result but not received mails from AMCAT, after 1 month, I received mail that am shortlisted for next round for IT(IS).

I was not much happy because, it is not development side, but I don\'t want to miss the opportunity, so I went for the interview. I entered in to CTS company after seeing my print out of the mail they allowed me to go.

Inside the hall, they received my resume and told me to wait. After they called my name for next round. That was Group Discussion having 10 members in the group, HR gave the title which is Terrorism and Anti terrorism, he gave 30 sec after start.

I am not performed well because, I not prepared for GD. I thought there will be only technical HR. So I was not shortlisted for next round. They shortlisted 4 members from the group of 10. to think and speak yourself. They will time to each to share their views. Communication is important.

So friends prepare well for GD.

I received call letter for IT(IS) but they told that we are taking for voice process (BPO) that was the sad thing. Dont lose your hope all the best all as well.
