Hai, I wanna share my experience with CTS drive held on Feb 7, hyd raheja mindspace CTS office, it was through AMCAT. It was direct interview and after a long wait they called my name and as the interview was in office the managers and some team leaders interviewed us.
THE TR GOES AS follows.
ME: I entered his cabin with a smile on my lips and wished him :).
TR: (smiling) wished me and asked me to sit.
TR: Asked me to introduce myself (while I\'m introducing he is filling the form with all my details which am telling during introducing).
Me: I have introduced my self telling my name, hobbies, my strengths, my goals, and finally about my projects with one line description.
TR: He asked me to tell about my projects in detail.
Me: During my academics B-Tech I have done 3 projects 1) mini project 2) main project that is internship at NAL and 3) during my B-Tech I have done a project with one company (TR was very much impressed with that).
TR: Mades of many cross questions while explaining all the 3 projects.
And I have explained everything.
After that he asked me about relations in dbms with examples (told except one example but TR helped me. ).
He asked to give 3 oops concepts with examples I explained and gave with real time examples very impressed :).
He asked are you ready to relocate, can you work on java domain (my answer was yes).
That\'s it TR was done :).
After 3 minutes I was called for HR.
HR: She was a young lady and I entered wishing her with smile.
She asked to take a seat, and asked tell me about yourself in ONE WORD.
Me: Told with quoting an example which suits the word I told her she was satisfied with my answer.
Hr: Asked are you ready to reallocate any where, any domain ok ?
She asked have you attended any other company interviews before?
She gave me a form asked me to read and sign if its ok with me.
Signed and greeted her.
That\'s it done with HR.
After 3 days I got a mail with offer letter and login credentials from CTS.
All the best guys never loose hope me too got rejected in TCS interview. After that got selected in ACCENTURE and CTS so keep on trying :).
