Hi All, My name is Sangavi. I would like to share my interview experience. Mostly I was rejected in 2 or 1st round. And I attended CTS interview conducted by TNSLPP. This is my 11th company.

1st round-gd: In this round minimum number of students will be eliminated. They conducted like Jam.

2nd round-online written: They ask analytical-30. Questions like syllogism, figure matrix. Etc.

Most of the people will be eliminated this round. In my batch more than 2000 people will be attended. 1229 people will be cleared written.

3rd round-Technical Hr: This was little bit tough. They ask Many programs and asking questions for area of interest, resume. Etc.

This also elimination round. God\'s Grace I cleared technical round.

Finally, Personal Hr: This is very easy. They ask just few questions. Tell me about yourself, why should I hire you?, career aspiration. Etc. And then He will asking sign for one document.

This not an elimination round.

Results will be announced on next day. Totally 649 students will be selected. I am Also one of the selected.
