Hi friends !!

{Campus Placement}
{CTS section procedure consists of 3 stages}

a) Aptitude.
b) Tech round &
c) HR.

On my Aptitude :-

Since, I thought Maths is main in Aptitude, I concentrated more in Maths. I tried to cover most of the topics in Maths.

But, I was surprised!! There was not a single question on maths was asked in the exam.
Exam was just on Analytical & Verbal Questions. Analytical is quite easy but verbal consist of big passages and paragraphs arrangements etc.

Even Verbal is easy for the one who can manage the time very well.

I wasn't sure that I would have selected. Thank god !! My name was one among the people who was selected. (40/200 selected) * APPROX

**TIP**

Before exam you just make a piece of mind and try to answer every question, even if you don't know the answer try to spot out the best answer for the Questions.

(1 min = 1 Question). That should be your target.

On my Tech round :-

After 5 days, I had my Tech at Cognizant Campus, I was a nervous, but I tried my best hide my tension and to keep smiling trough out the day.

I was called for Tech, they asked me to wait out side for about 20 mins where I tried to keep myself cool.

**In the room**

While entering the room always ask "Shall I come in Sir" that make your first impression and before sitting on the chair wait until he asks you to sit, when he ask you to sit, say thank you sir, with a smile and site quietly without making any sounds.

** Questions in Tech round asked to me. (I was a graduate in Electronics)

- Why did you choose Electronics as your Graduation.

- He asked me to draw a circuit of Power supply.

- What is a Software?

- You are not from computer background, why should I hire you.

- Why do you want to sent into a Software field.

- Why can't you go for Higher Studies.

- Micro Operation? & also some basic definitions.

(Better prepare some basics in C Programming and some programs, make sure you can explain the program (I mean the logic of any program)).

**Tip**

Don't add any languages or any subjects in your resume (Soft Skills) which you are not perfect at.

*Every question they ask will be from your resume or subjects you added as Soft Skills in your resume.*

Thanks god. I was selected for HR (15/40 selected).

HR :- (If you gt selected in Tech, you are almost in. HR is just a in or out game & make sure you are pushed in).

- Say about yourself.
- About Company.
- About Relocation.

(Your confidence and smile should not be down at any point)

Results was released after 3 days. 13 got selected and I was one among them.
Thank God...!!

**TIP**

They don't know anything about you, so everything matters is your performance on the day of interview. They would like to hire the people who are confident, have good communication skills & the one who have the ability to learn.

Be confident in your answers, keep smiling, behave well.

*Don't act over smart.

What ever you do, If you are lucky, you would be selected, pray well before you go and make a peace of mind. You can make wonders !!

ALL THE BEST....!!
MAY GOD BLESS U....!!
:) :) :)
