My hr experience is really a memorable event. the interview is held at KLN college for two days on 22 and 23 September ,2005.The person who interviewed me is Mr.Sriram who first talked about the company in ppt on previous day.(22 september). He just came out of his room and invited me to his cabin. We both entered the room. He said \'hi arun rajesh\'. I too said hi.Then I asked him \'have u had u lunch sir?\' he said yes. He asked me the same question. I too said yes,then he asked about what did u have for lunch and where did u had it?. I said I had curd rice in college canteen. Then he asked for my application form and my marksheets. While he had a glance at them, he asked me about my college and where is it from dindigul. I answered them. Next when he looked at my second semester marksheet , I interrupted him and started to speak about my electric circuit analysis paper. I talked about resistor,capacitor and inductor. While iam explaining him I asked him whether he could understand what am I saying ? but accidently he disclosed me that he was not an engineer. He belongs to management stream. Then he asked me about what are the fundamental concepts of oops? And then asked what is data hiding?. I answered them well. He asked me why did I choose EEE? And why I want to join this software industry?. Then we talked about the electrical machine design and my mini project on that. That\'s all my hr as well as technical interview. I proved him that I am technically strong.
