CTS placement procedure had 3 rounds:
1. Aptitude test.
2. Technical Interview.
3. Personal Interview.
Aptitude test had 3 sec namely analytical, quant and verbal.
Apti was not too difficult, the main challenge was technical interview.
Technical Hr will ask you everything in your CV, so careful while writing your CV.
You should be clear with all the basics of C (specially pointers, sorting and fibonacci series, Tower of hanoi etc) and Cpp.
He also asked me about my TE and BE project. Why you chose that domain and your Favorite subject. This round lasted for 25-30 mins. If you crack this, you will be short listed for PI.
If you crack technical interview, PI will be a piece of cake.
