Hello guys.

This is SURESH, studying B-Tech 4th -ECE in SVCET, CHITTOOR.

It's my pleasure to share my experience with you. Firstly, I thank to my college and JKC (Jawahar Knowledge Center). And also I thank to IndiaBix.com for providing excellent material for freshers.

CTS - recruitment process consists of three rounds:

1. Written Test.
2. Technical Interview.
3. HR Interview.

In written test there were 2 sections (55 questions- 55 marks- 55 mins).

1. Analytical section (30 questions).
2. English section (25 questions).

Pattern was simple and everyone will qualify if we do some practice on model questions. On 12th MARCH 2014 we got mail from JKC that we have to attend the written test on 15th march in my college, luckily I have cleared the written test.

Later I got mail from JKC to attend for interviews on 22nd march. As per my experience it is not only important what you say but it also important how to say. My technical interview was conducted at 10.30 AM.

The following conversation happened between me and technical interviewer.

TR: Good morning suresh, take yours seat.
ME: Thanks sir. With smile.

TR: Tell me suresh why yours % reduced from 965% to 77% in B-Tech?
ME: Sir, as per JNTU four different sets will be there, so frequently I used to get tough Sets so, thats why my % has reduced.

TR: So how you increase yours % in this year?
ME: By doing hard work and doing best project which will increases my marks, so in this way I can increase my %.

TR: What is Frequency spectrum?
Me: Gave relevant explanation related plots of signals, power calculation etc.

TR: Explain about yours project for 10 minutes.
Me: I told it with confidence and wrote the schematic block diagram of my project and explaining all the components.

TR: What's yours hobbies?
Me: Listening music, talking with friends, surfing internet.

TR: What's the difference between C and C++?
Me: Explained with example that c is program oriented while C++ is object oriented.

TR: What is meant by capacitance and role of capacitor and stator in electric bulb?
Me: I told that capacitance means ability to store charge and gave some explanation to capacitor and stator in Electric Tube light.

TR: What's differences between 2G, 3G, 4G?
Me: Gave examples to above ones like video calling, broad band etc.

TR: Whats difference between Connection oriented and connectionless circuits?.
Me: Gave explanation in terms of computer networks.

TR: Whats the differences between TDMA, FDMA?
Me: Gave possible explanation.

TR: Write a C-program on addition of non - primes between 1 to 100?
Me: Wrote and implemented it.

TR: Ok suresh, I'm done you can leave.
Me: Have a nice day sir.

TR: Same with you.

I was tensed as lot of people are eliminated in the technical interview.

My surprise I was qualified technical round and had HR interview with in 10 minutes.

HR INTERVIEW:

HR: Good morning suresh, take your seat.
Me: Good morning sir.

HR: Tell me about your self in one minute?
Me: Told perfectly.

HR: How many languages can you speak?
Me: Telugu, english little bit hindi.

HR: He was talking to some other person on phone and after that he was charging the cell phone.
Me: I understood that he was testing my patience and I maintained a smile on my face during that time.

HR: Describe your hometown?
Me: Told very well.

HR: You are from ECE department. Why should I hire you when there lot of CSE guys available and they can program well when compare with you?

Me: Well sir, as a fresher I don't have any experience. But I think that I am having the ability to learn new concepts very quickly.

HR: Talk with me as if your friend.
ME: I talked about politics and current scenario.

HR: Would you like to go for higher studies?
Me: Yes sir, I will because with this I can increase my qualification.

HR: Is there any question for me?
Me: How a fresher is trained initially in yours company?

HR: He told they will train us until we know all concepts perfectly.
HR: I'm done with you. You can leave now.

Me: Thank you sir.

After one week, results were displayed on the JKC website. And luckily I was one among them. I think this will help you and never get disappointed when you can not clear interview because it entirely depends on two factors like luck and talent.
