Hi everyone.
I m Sravya pursuing final year in the stream of ECE.
I have attended off-campus drive conducted by CTS and I would to share my experience with you.
CTS selection process consists of three steps:
1. Written Test.
2. Technical Interview.
3. HR Interview.
Firstly written test it was quite easy with minimum knowledge in verbal and bit conscious one can clear it easily. Time managing is most important factor. Firstly they will ask us to complete our profile which means our details including %\'s. Next exam which consists of 2 sections !st one is Analytical ability 30 questions 30 mins next verbal part 25 ques 30 mins. So all the best it was very easy. They conducted and mailed d result after 3 days and respective venue for TR and HR. By god\'s grace I too got the mail and attend next rounds.
First thing that to be keep in mind is the people who are interviewing are not devils and they are not going to punish us. Just be friendly and be confident you\'ll definitely clear your TR round.
TR: Introduce your self.
Me: I said you self Introduction.
TR : Can you explain your project?
Me: I explained everything which includes operation working etc.
TR: Can you draw architecture of your project ?
Me: DRawn.
TR: Some basic question in Java & C like basic structures, OOPS concepts, Database Concepts. Basic knowledge is enough you can crack TR easily.
After completing they asked me to wait 2 mins outside and one coordinator came to me and said you cleared your TR and go for HR.
I was so happy at that moment and went for HR.
HR interview was just a formality round.
HR: Name, Place and some questions in my resume. Its just a 5 min talk.
GO through your resume Thoroughly.
Whatever questions you\'ll face in that interview is only from your resume.
Finally After one week they posted the result and I\'m one among the result. I was very happy almost walking on the air after seeing my name in the list. All the best for you guys Don\'t lose your hope. Wish you good luck Be confident :) :).
