Hello friends,

I am Vijender Reddy Gummankonda from IIIT-Basar.

I am from CSE Dept.

I want to share my interview experience CTS (off campus) which is very useful for you.

We attended (400 members from IIIT-Basar) the CTS Written Exam in Wagdevi Engineering collage through JKC on 22 Feb 2014. Total I think 2000 members were attended.

Pattern:

30 reasoning question (easy).

25 English. (10 marks for Passage which is very easy and 15 marks for grammar which is some what difficult).

JKC send selected students list on 5 march. Total 370 Cleared Written Exam. And we had interview on March 7.

We reported there at 9 am. HR team started interview process.

I waited for a long time nearly 8 hours. They called me at 6 pm.

TR Round:

I opened the interviewer\'s cabin door and I asked him with a smile May I come in sir.

HR: come in, hai vijender how are you.
Me: fine sir, how are sir (with a smile).

HR: Tell me about yourself?
Me: Told about me and my family background.

HR: Vijender Tell me about your Project?
Me: I explained my projects very well with confidence. My projects are Android Mobile applications Handset Theft Monitoring App and Android App for RGUKT.

HR: Write code for database connection in android?
Me: I wrote code for SQLite Database.

HR:Write a program for palindrome?
Me: I wrote that code and explained each and every iteration very well.

HR: Do you know PHP?
Me: Yes sir, basics like form handling.

HR: Tell me about Software Life Cycle Development?
ME: Explained well.

HR: Vijender Tell me how url works on internet ex:WWW. ICICI. COM ?
Me: I Told each and every step clearly.

HR: Are you ready to relocate?
Me: Yes sir, I Need opportunity to work with your organization. Place is not important for me.

HR: Why should I hire you?
Me: I explained very well. And he impressed a lot with my answers and confident.

HR: Do you have any doubts? (He asked two times).
ME: NO sir (Two times).

HR: Ok vijender, ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR FUTURE.
Me: Thank you sir with smile I gave a shake hand to him.

Results announced after 5 min. I am selected for HR round.

150 members cleared Technical Round.

HR Round:

They called at 9.30 pm.

It is friendly discussion. I gave answers with confidence and smile through out Interview.

HR: All THE BEST FOR YOUR FUTURE.
Me: Thank you sir with smile I gave a shake hand to him.

Finally they announced results on 18 March.

I selected for CTS. My secret is I gave answers with confidence and smile throughout interview.

Total 95 selected from 150 members.
