Friends recently I attended cts pool drive. The procedure for this company is there are 3 steps.
1. Written test.
2. Technical round.
3. HR interview.
In written test questions are from reasoning and verbal.
Reasoning - 35 questions - 40 minutes.
Verbal - 25 questions -25 minutes.
The key point in qualifying written round is practice and time management. We should be very quick while answering the questions. Sorry I\'m not very clear with my numerics but I want to give models which I found in my exam.
Number Series (easy) , alphabetical series (easy) , pictorial series (tough) , problems like.
AAAAA.
BBBB.
CCC.
DD.
E.
----------.
What is a value, b/c value ---- 5 questions from these type.
Deductions (2 sentences, conclusions and 3 sentences, 2 conclusions).
Connectivities, table and related questions for that.
Verbal:10 questions from passage (easy), correction of sentences, finding the correct one from 4 statements (difficult and time taking try to do at last), no synonyms and antonyms.
I qualified in written and after 2 days we got mail from JKC that we have TR &HR on 14th of march.
TR experience:1. Tell me about yourself.
I said.
2. What is your favourite subject.
I said image processing (I\'m from ECE).
3. What are the applications.
I\'m doing my major project in the same domain so explained my project clearly.
4. What do you know about C?.
I told some unique features.
5. Some questions from c like what is pointer, what is different data types in C, what is int and flat difference b/w them?
6. Do you flexible for relocation?
Yes sir. And gave some proofs as explanations (bla bla bla).
7. Any questions.
I asked what are the best skills you expect from a fresher (Even I know the answer I asked) :).
He said attitude, learning skills etc etc.
Qualified in TR and immediately Sent to Hr round I feel Tr is a bit easy when compared to HR b\'coz he gave me very stress questions with in no time around 20 questions in 10mins we should be prepared to talk fairly on any topic. My questions are,
1. What is full form of KLU (my college name).
I said.
2. Where it is located.
I gave clear answer, vaddeswaram which is in guntur.
3. Where you are from?
4. What is the best moment in B-Tech life.
I gave cleverly related to academics (workshop taught why me).
5. Tell me about your projects.
6. Do you relocate?
7. What is your contribution to society?
8. Do you have siblings.
9. Where you have been to earlier? (i said vizag, hyd etc).
10. Any questions.
Some of my friends were asked to tell about recent film watched etc etc. So be careful and prepare well my dear friends before going to take exam/interview.
I think in Hr they are concentrating on skills you have and your communication.
So all the best for everyone.
