Placement Papers - CTS

Hi all,

I will start from first.

AMCAT:

I attended AMCAT exam on Feb 12. Questions were easy only as others said most of them were from RS agarwal only. I got mail from them on Feb 29 with the interview call letter for Cognizant.

CTS:

On March 2 I went there, initially they asked for the mandatory papers they were mentioned in the mail. They just collected everyone\'s copies and then started Tech HR round. Before that they gave one sheet us to write 200 words about some topics. No worries it won\'t be in filtering I guess and with 5 error correcting sentences.

Tech HR.

I was called for tech Interview. He asked me some basic questions like What is IP, DHCP, DNS, Diff b/w C C++, OSI layers, our academic project, database. I answered most of them but struggled a bit because of nervous. But somehow I got selected next round. Please just study your project more.

Comm HR.

In next round HR said this is to check communication of urs so just be cool and answer. Questions like tell about yourself, Diff bw chennai and your home town. I suggest you to look things what you put in the resume. Don\'t just lie about that. Be careful in answering they can ask whatever you say. I was satisfied with this round and cleared this too.

Third round:

I don\'t know it happens in every interview or not. We were asked to attend third HR round. There also same kinda questions. I was more confident in this round and answered with confidence. Then at last they checked our original certificates. We were informed that they will communicate through mail in 2 weeks.

And on March 17 I got mail from them :).

Most awaited moment in my whole life :D.

So prepare yourself more speak with confidence that all.
