I attended an off campus placement drive. I belong to ECE stream. I went through 4 rounds. The rounds are listed below:

1. GD.
2. Aptitude.
3. Technical Interview.
4. General Interview.

The aptitude round was very easy.

I share some of the questions that were asked in technical interview.

1) Introduce about yourself?
2) Area of interest?
3) What is modulation?
4) Need for modulation?
5) What is frequency modulation?
6) Does noise affect digital signal?If so in what way?
7) How will check whether a received digital signal has an error?
8) What is CDMA and GSM?
9) What is orthogonal codes?
10) Difference between microprocessor and microcontroller?
11) 8085 is a 8 bit or 16 bit processor?
12) Draw the circuit of AND gate using transistor.
13) What is JFET?
14) 1 advantage of CMOS?
15) Explain PN junction in diode?
16) What will happen if forward and reverse bias is applied to a diode?
17) What is data structure?
18) Draw the symbol of EX-OR gate.
19) Few questions on my final year project, paper presented.
20) Write a C or C++ program to reverse a given string (i written the program using C++).
21) What is the use of # in C++ program.
22) Why do we use iostream in C++.
23) Is it necessary to use Void in main statement.

These are all the questions that I remember but there around 35 questions most of them from my ECE syllabus.
