Hi All,

The first round was online exam for AMCAT in which there are 3 sections:

1. English.
2. Aptitude.
3. Reasoning.

The questions where very simple but no of applicants are more so the cutoff was high.
After 5 days I got the mail that regarding the result and I was selected for Interview round around 350 have cleared the written exam.

So just study the basics of aptitude only IndiaBix is more than enough.

I the interview first we have submit our documents than I was called for technical interview. I was so nervous was everything was fine he is uncle type with decent personality.

Question: Tell me something about yourself?
Answer: Told everything about my self

Question: Can you please draw the design of your project?
Answer: Drawn the modules of my project and explained each of them.

Question: What are difference technologies which you have used means front end and back end?
Answer: told.

Question: What are different layers in your project?
Answer: told about structs.

Question: What is MVC framework?
Answer: told.

Question: Which database you have used?
Answer: MySql.

Question: What are indexes and why we use them?
Answer: told?

Question: What is normalization all forms explain them?

Question: Difference between DBMS and RDBMS?

Question: Different types of keys?

Question : Write a program for prime no in JAVA?

I have answered all the questions correctly he is totally satisfied with my answers then after 5 minutes they send me for HR round.

HR Interview:

Question: Tell me something about yourself?

Question: Tell me about your project?

Question: Scope of your project?

Question: What you are doing since last 6 months?

Question: List the companies for which you have given interview?

After 6 days I got the offer letter from cognizant through mail. So just study about your project. And the basic programs such as palindrome, Armstrong etc.

So just be confident.
