Hai friends, I want to share my first interview experience. It was an off campus interview for the science graduate students. There they conduct four rounds.

1. Gd.
2. Aptitude test.
3. Technical interview.
4. Hr.

In first round, the gd topic was why people prefer it jobs more than agriculture, there are 20 members in my group. He gave us 2min for thinking about the topic and then he call out the name of the student randomly and asked to talk about it. It was quite easy. They are checking only our communication skill. From 20 only 4 are selected, I\'m one of them.

Second round, online aptitude test. Totally 60 questions in two sections analytical and logical section, 25 min for each section.

Third round, in technical round, he just ask me the general questions like tell about yourself, recent experience, strength, weakness, about cognizant, etc. But he didn\'t ask me any technical questions.

Hr round, I got nervous while attending this round, he asked me to take a seat and asked how do you do? I told : I think I\'m nice he smiled and asked you are not sure about you.

Then he asked my extra curricular activities that I indicated in my resume.

But finally I\'m not selected : (I think that I became nervous and lack of confidence. So friends be bold and answer with confidence. The most important thing is communication and confidence is essential to be successful in interview. All the best.
