CTS Interview Experience - Namakkal. November 8 to 10, 2013

Hi friends,
I would like to share my experience. This was Off campus held at Mahendra college. Nearly 145 colleges participated in this drive.
The Rounds were:
1. GD.
2. Online aptitude.
3. Tech interview.
4. Personal HR.
In GD they see whether we are able to communicate with others. Normal English with a good flow is enough. Don\'t become tensed. Around 20 were in a batch. The GD was on simple topics only. We had two minutes to prepare. Speak with confidence you can pass through this round.
Next was online test. In a batch 100 were there and the asked us to move to respective place. Can not get help from your friends because we were asked to sit in the order in which they announce.
Aptitude consist of logical/analytical and verbal.
Two questions was from number series. Very easy you can crack easily.
Syllogism.
Data interpretation.
Diagrammatic questions, encoding.
In verbal section we had Passage. It was easy. For few questions direct answers. It will take time so solve this lastly.
Jumbled sentence was there. Note the time and solve within the time.
The results will be announced on that day itself. If you were in the morning batch 3 rd round might also be on the same day.
So friends be prepare on the first day itself for interview.
Luckily for me 3rd round was on the second day so had time to revise the concepts.
Second day.
Tech HR.
This depends on the HR in the panel. Wish them by greeting with a smile. Asked me to introduce myself. Few questions from self intro.
The questions were from my resume.
No problem if you doesn\'t know anything about say directly you are not familiar with that concept.
Be strong in your area of interest. Simple programs like Fibonacci, factorial were asked.
Give the best. Without fear talk with the HR and make him feel that you can able to handle the situations. Confidence plays. Lastly after answering all the questions friends ask any question to the HR. Anything about his experience in CTS company or any other questions you like to ask.
Next was Personal HR.
Once again self intro.
They will ask about CTS company. So friends before going to interview know some details about the company.
99 percent you are placed if crossed tech interview.
Make sure that you present yourself well answer communicate with confidence.
Be prepare with your hobbies, goals and your city details.
At last they will ask the question whether you will be able to work any where say yes to this question.
The results were announced after one day.
