Hi friends I got admit card to write test regarding to CTS in hyderabad on 8th November 2013,
When I reached the off campus they conducted test with pattern having four modules.
1) Verbal reasoning.
2) Arithmetic section.
3) Logical reasoning.
4) To select one of the language C, C++, JAVA to write two programs in an hour.
Generally coming to verbal reasoning it consist of 25 questions in which passage que are of 10, synonyms 2, opposite 2, Some sentences are given choose if any wrong among them, fill in the blanks, sentence arrangements etc.
EX- Luminous synonyms (glowing):
He rans __________ the road (across).
Arithmetic section----->16 que in 16 mn.
In this section the questions are simple but time is not sufficient by practice well we get the good result. Generally the questions are direct que if you good at RS Agarwal then you can crack it.
Some of the questions will cum frm2q profit &loss, work, trains, 1q permutation, 2q probability, 2q from logarithms, 2q surds and indices, 1q Hcf and lcm.
Logical reasoning:
This section consist of conclusion statements, sets, Expecting next alphabets, Number series.
This is easy but go practice with conclusion statements if your good at conclusion statements then you can easily crack this section because any can do remaining part so if your good at this part then it is easy.
Last module is programming section:
System will ask you to choose any one of them either C, C++, Java.
Then by choosing based upon your branch the questions are different.
Initial some declaration is given by them.
Generally for CSE they will ask regarding to pointers, create array using pointers and multiple the two arrays similar questions one of the question is easy one is tuff.
Coming to other branches they will ask to sort the elements, frequency sort, other like if they given CTS they ask to print DUT. But try to write logic if you don\'t know exact output.
Finally I cleared the round but I fail in the HR round.
