Hi all, I attended CSC India Pvt Ltd interview in Chennai 18th Sep 2015 in Chennai, Vel Tech University.

They told there are 4 rounds.

1. Aptitude (Quants & Technical) - 100 Questions in 90 Minutes.
2. Group Discussion - Each Group of 9-12 members.
3. Technical HR.
4. Main HR.

It\'s a paper pen test, not online test. No registration. 650 students attended in First round, Aptitude (Quants & Technical). We have to write 100 questions in 90 minutes. Quants are little bit easy, basic problems were asked but questions were difficult to understand then technical questions are very easy and some questions are very difficult. Microprocessor, ECED, java, C, C++, etc many concepts mingled and they asked.

After that 1st round test they were discussing the company details with us, Pre-placement talk. After 45 minutes HR was reading the results in mike, after few names my name Vinodkumar Surabhi they announced. Waaah! I was very happy then my classmates 4 students name announced. Totally 46 students cleared first round, remaining students went back home.

Then 50 minutes lunch break. After that GD round 2. My 4 classmates were in Group 1 GD and I was in Group 2 GD. Topic for my group was "Advantages and Disadvantages for a student from 10th class to Corporate" I am not much good in english, I spoke little only but HR liked my speech, luckily when I am speaking there is a powercut I was continuing my speech even in powercut, full dark room. HR took his mobile he torched on me then current came. In my group 3 students were rejected. In group 1 and group 4 there were no elimination whereas in group2 and group3, 3 and 2 were rejected.

After that technical HR, after a long wait of 2 hours I went into Technical HR room, my interview process went for 25mins. HR was looking good, his questions was.

- Can I see your resume?
- Tell me about yourself.
- Personal achievements.
- What is your Strength? eg?
- Role model? Why?
- Weakness, eg?

After that HR asked me, shall we move onto Technical side. I said yes sir.

HR asked me, Do you have talent to write program on your own? I said yes sir.

He asked me to write Leap Year or not program. I wrote.

Then he asked me to Armstrong number. I wrote. HR told me to explain the program line by line, I explained. I think HR was impressed.

Then HR asked me some basic questions like,

- OOPS concept?
- Function overloading?
- Difference between DBMS & RDBMS?
- DDL?
- DML?
- Difference between update & modify command in DBMS?
- Bigdata? eg?
- What subjects you studied so far?
- COA?

HR said I don\'t have any idea about it explain me. I told something regarding that.

- Subnet?
- Masking?
- IP?
- Thrashing?
- Microprocessor ? eg?
- Microcontroller? eg?
- How will current pass on wire? I said negative to positive.

In company if your superior ill treats you what will you do?

He asked some certificates to show, I showed HR in polite manner!

Then he shaked my hands saying all the best vinodkumar! I replied HR thanks sir!

After 15 mins I came to know that my classmate one boy was rejected in round 3. Within few minutes they announced 3rd round results. I am selected along with my 3 classmates (girls). Then 4th round HR asking basic questions my friends told.

HR questions.

- Tell me about yourself.
- Why should we hire you.
- Do you like to relocate.
- Do you like working in night shift.

Willing to sign agreement? rule is have to work for 2year, if you broke 2 lakhs you should pay, okay?
