This is Phani Pramod. I did my graduation in Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute Of Engineering And Technology in IT stream. On 22nd May, CSC drive is conducted at CSC Office, Raheja IT Park. I would like to explain my Interview Experience.
ROUNDS:
1. Written Test-90 mins.
2. JAM.
3. Technical-cum-HR round.
1. Written Test is a paper-based test. It has 3 Sections -Aptitude, Technical and Essay writing. Time-90 mins.
Aptitude - 40 questions and Technical - 60 questions.
Cut Off - 20 in Aptitude and 30 in Technical.
For Aptitude, thanks to www.Indiabix.com. Practice the models in this site.
For Technical, questions are from C, C++, JAVA, DBMS, OS, CN. All the questions are on basics. In C, C++ guessing the output of the sample program are given.
Essay Writing, out of 4 topics, you should write on 1 topic. For qualifying Written Test, Essay Writing is not taken into consideration, but questions on it will be asked in HR Interview. So, try to complete your essay within 10 minutes.
2. JAM: Just A Minute: In this Round, they formed a team of 10. Interviewer given us a topic "What do you want to change in you?".
The interviewer will question in between about your description. He will check your communication skills and the way you answer his question. Try to be truthful in your description.
3. TECHNICAL-cum-HR INTERVIEW: In this round, He questioned about each and every line of my RESUME. I mentioned about Main and Mini Projects, PPT on Cloud Computing, Certification in Java, Skills in C, Java. So, he asked basics of C, C++, Java, about my project. Questions on DBMS like difference between Dbms and RDbms are asked for everyone in Interview.
Other Personal questions were asked : Where do you want to see yourself after 5 years? Why are you not pursuing Higher Studies?
Thanks to HR Person, because he relieved my stress by being friendly. So my interview was easy.
Finally, 5 got selected out of 30 people attended and I am one in that 5!
