Hi,
My Name is Talluri Naveen Krishna. I done my B-Tech in CMR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. On 5th FEB, 2014 to our college CSC drive is conducted and 480 students are eligible for it. This is my 15th company and finally I got placed in CSC company.
I done so much Hard Work and realized my mistakes that I made in the Interview process. I never Depressed and never lost my confidence.
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
The PLACEMENT PRE-PROCESS started at 9\' o clock. The HR (Human Resource) of the CSC told about the company, its position and conditions and Selection process. Be careful, the HR will ask the questions in the HR Round about what he said in the presentation. It\'s a good company and the way they conducted the selection process is excellent.
ROUNDS:
They are four rounds in the Interview process.
1. Written test (Offline).
2. Group Discussion/JAM.
3. Technical Interview.
4. HR Round.
WRITTEN TEST:
It is a Offline Exam consisting of two Sections (Aptitude and Technical) and Essay writing. Aptitude test contains 40 questions and Technical test contains 60 questions. In both the sections, they concentrated on the basics. Cut Off is 20 in Aptitude and 30 in Technical test. And also we have to write an essay (Out of 4, we have to choose one). In technical test, they asked C, C++, JAVA, DBMS, OS, CN, MPI. 480 student written test and 90 students are cleared.
GROUP DISCUSSION:
In these Round, they formed a team of 13 and asked us to assemble in the GD rooms. The Interviewer given us a topic "As a Youth, how you are contributing to the development of country". Out of 13 in a team 7 got selected for next rounds. Be confident and speak, they are checking our communication skills. And a total of 45 students are selected out of 90 students.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW:
In the Interview round, they asked all basics of C, C++, Java. About our project and we have to explain. They asked questions on DBMS like difference between Dbms and RDbms. Also, they asked the latest technology and he asked some personal questions. As I am a Cse student, I felt it easy and I done with my Technical round. To my friends, some Interviewer asked some programs and logics in C program. Prepare the basics and some programs the interviewer usually asks.
At last out of 45 students, 35 students are selected for Technical round.
HR ROUND:
I felt happy after these round. He asked the questions like:
1. How was the day?
2. Introduce yourself.
3. He asked family background.
4. Strengths and Hobbies. Relate with an explanation.
5. Terms and conditions he told in placement pre-process talk.
6. Percentage in 12th standard and any backlogs in B-Tech.
7. After getting the Job, what you will do?
8. Your native place.
OUT of 35 students, 35 students are selected. We all felt happy and congratulated with each other.
