Hello friends,
Today I want to share my interview journey towards my first job, after facing a lot of hurdles. I feel that do whatever you like the most and go for it without giving up attitude. I want to be a Network Engineer I have got the same today. Take a look at my interviews.
1) PCS Technology - Failed (1st round).
2) ICS Technology - Succeeded in interview got the first job (but I rejected due to some reasons like a bond for 3 years with 5000 salary).
3) Zeta Systems - Failed (Technical round).
4) IBM - Failed (Jam Session).
5) Indmax - Completed Technical test and got selected, but they told they will call me but they didn't.
6) DVL Groups - Got selected but some conditions (3 years bond with 8000 salary).
7) Begonia Information Systems - Failed (Technical round).
8) Cognizant - Failed (Group Discussion).
9) Externetworks - Completed 3 months of Internship without pay, but they asked my original certificates with 3 years bond for job offer.
10) Amazon BPO - Failed (Jam session).
11) HCL - Failed (HR round).
12) Prokarma - Failed (Technical round) but they offered job, if you ready to keep your original certificates but I said no.
13) Genpact - Completed 2 rounds they told we'll call you, but still, now they haven't.
14) Aricent - Failed (Written Test).
15) Osmosis - Attended written Test (don't know the result).
16) Diebold - Failed (Group Discussion).
17) Cipher cloud - Failed (Group discussion).
18) Infinite computers - Failed (Group Discussion).
19) C3i - Failed (Jam Session).
20) CSC - Selected :) (but I received an mail, saying that right now position is on hold).
21) Serco - Failed (Group Discussion).
22) 24X7 - Failed (Written Test).
23) Beam - Selected.
24) Colruyt Group - Selected.
Right now working in "Colruyt Group" as a system Engineer (Networking). As the process took 3 weeks which consisted of 4 rounds:
1) Jam Session.
2) Written Test (Technical & Aptitude).
3) Technical Interview (face to face).
4) Hr Interview.
Apart, from above interviews I have consulted many job consultancies but none of them worked. I'm sharing this, not because of something I have achieved. I just want to give some motivation to those who were trying very hard for their first job. You may face a lot of failures, but never give up keeping trying hard. One day you'll be successful. Success requires patience, but it demands hard work.
