Placement Papers - CGI

The process consisted of the following rounds:-

~ Online aptitude test by AMCAT.
~ Group discussion.
~ Another online test by eLitmus :

This was a bit tricky. It contained sections like Basic Aptitude, advanced aptitude, critical reasoning, attention to detail, etc.

~Technical Interview : Mostly questions from the projects you\'ve done and basic questions from whatever you have mentioned in your resume. I was asked questions like:

1. Difference between colspan and rowspan.
2. Type checking in HTML form.
3. Difference between GROUP BY and ORDER BY.
4. What are Aggregate functions in SQL.
5. Difference between Call by value and Call by reference.

~HR Interview :

We were asked to prepare a 5 minute presentation on any trending technology.

Also we were asked to record videos of one minute each telling something about ourselves nd who is our role model and why
After that some typical HR interview questions were asked like why CGI, why should we hire you, etc.

All rounds were elimination rounds.
