Hi everyone, I attended CarWale's Recruitment on my college campus and I was lucky to get selected for the position of software developer.
The selection process is divided into three steps:
1. Aptitude Test.
2. Technical Interview.
3. HR Interview.
1. Aptitude Test.
This test mainly focuses on your quantitative aptitude, general questions, and some coding questions that may contain questions about the company profile.
2. Technical Interview.
This is a very important step you have to prepare your technical skills well. The questions may be related to your favourite subjects, resume, or project undertaken during academics and coding. They will also check your logical abilities. In my case, it took two hours. Take your time to answer the questions don't panic interviewers were very helpful.
3. HR Round.
This was for formality, they will just ask you the normal HR questions even not that if you have impressed them in the Technical round. She (HR) was awesome and very helpful.
They invited me to join immediately the next day. Really awesome company to work for, they will give you full freedom for the way you want to work. It has no formalities or restrictions. It is one of the best-suited companies for me.
