This campus drive placement is regarding CapitalVia Global Research Ltd. Company.
We had 4 rounds.
1st round: Written.
It consisted of 60 questions having an amalgamation of aptitude, LR, verbal and GK. Almost all questions were easy. Aptitude questions revolved around Time and Work, Speed, Time and Distance, Percentage and partnership. LR consisted of Analogy, Number series and puzzles. Verbal consisted of fill in the blanks. GK was static and very basic questions were asked from Polity, Indian Economy, etc.
Many questions were from IndiaBix! (It helped me a lot!).
2nd Round: Group Discussion.
3rd Round: Telephonic interview. It was regarding your knowledge about the company and some upon the share market.
4th Round: HR through skype.
The HR round had basic questions like :
Tell me about yourself?
Why do you want to join our company?
Why CapitalVia? As I am from mechanical stream, so he asked me what made you join a company indulged with financial market and consulting? I briefed him about my interests in the share market and Indian economy.
What qualities make you different from others?
What you know about share market?
What do you know about GST?
Tell me about your family?
That's it.
Out of 308 students, 28 got selected including me.
