I have attended a few companies and I am not able to clear aptitude. For me, IndiaBix is so helpful to clear the test.
In the online test, there are two sections.
1. Logical and aptitude.
2. Essay writing.
For the first section, you should be good at logical. And aptitude is not much tough.
In the second section, essay writing they will give a topic and time is allotted so it should be finished on time. For this section, there are negative marks. And you should use fewer backspaces so you get less negative marks.
The exam was conducted on 18-02-2017 and results were announced after two hours. I was extremely happy that I have cleared the test. And the next day they call for an interview.
The interview process has started by 9:00 in the morning. And they have divided the students into two groups i.e. infrastructure and non-infrastructure by the student choice. And then interview went on according to the group\'s you have chosen. I have selected non-infrastructure.
When I entered the room I am so nervous. And the interviewer said take your seat. My first question is Tell me about yourself. I have said to myself for about 2-3 minutes. After he asked some questions on java. After that, he asked some questions based on my resume.
After some time they have announced results who have cleared technical round. People who did not clear they were giving another chance to go through another group which you didn\'t attend (i.e infra or non-infra). I have cleared my TR round.
In Hr round, they asked about my academics and personal details. And the interview process is finished by evening at 6:30.
And results were announced on April 6th. I have selected for Capgemini.
