Capgemini conducted campus recruitment in our college on 23rd and 24th September.
The recruitment started with a presentation. My suggestion is to watch the presentation carefully to get the proper insight of the company.
Then the aptitude test was conducted.
The questions were simple but time was very less, so I suggest you need to be quick in your calculations.
There was 3 parts, Logical reasoning, English (verbal) and quantitative.
To crack the quantitative aptitude, I would suggest to regularly practice from R S Aggarwal and IndiaBix.
Then we have a essay writing part.
Make sure that while writing essay, if you made a mistake, do not use backspace, instead, select the wrong letter by mouse, press delete and then write the letter again.
154 students cleared the aptitude and were promoted to technical interview round.
Technical interview is a great challenge.
You need to be sure with whatever you have mentioned in CV as well as get familiar with basics of Computer, Operating System and Computer networks.
I also suggest that you should get familiar with your college infrastructure (no. Of computers, servers, LAN, devices etc within your campus).
Then comes the HR interview.
HR interview is comparatively easy.
Be ready with answers for questions like:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Why should we hire you?
3. Are you comfortable to reallocate anywhere across India?
etc.
Finally, 117 students got selected from our college, among which 43 were CSE.
I hope, the interview experience which I am sharing is helpful and lastly I would like to suggest that whatever happens, Just be CONFIDENT.
Best of luck. !
