Hi guys,
My name is Jinesh Jain, I belong to Computer Engineering.
I am writing this post not to to give hope, motivation, inspiration to those people who are struggling in the interview process I am also the one person like you when I was not able to clear the interview process.
My main problem n the interview process that I was not able to clear aptitude. Till Capgemini off campus recruitment drive, I have applied to 25 companies including two companies repeated.
You people also get feeling that all people are getting placed and u are not getting placed. And you will try to think what\'s wrong with me, why I am not able clear interview.
I will give you advice try to start to finding out in which stage u are facing problem, go up to granule level. Like I said, I was not able to clear aptitude, I tried to find out what was the problem which section I was facing hard i.e chapter like Percentage, Compound interest, and so on..
Come to on my Placement drive.
My placement drive was on 10 August 2018, On that date there was another interview of Reliance Retail of (IT department). But I choose Capgemini.. It was basically Off campus drive so many people came for the interview.
There were around 750 students who appeared for the drive and the people are divided into two batches. I was in first batches. We people appeared for Aptitude round. The level of aptitude was medium level.
Those people are practicing for those this aptitude is piece of cake.In my batch around 350 people appeared but only 36 people passed. 10% people only get passed. And I was one of them.
Then comes Pseudocode around there 30 questions 15 ques on theory of data structures and programming languages and 15 ques on the output of code.
As output of code takes time, so I suggest solves first 15 question fast so that u people would get extra time in next 15 ques. In this exam out of 36, 12 people passed in the exam, I was one of them.
And those people were not able to clear the aptitude, company told that people they will go into Infrastructure domain where technical knowledge is not mandatory.... There separate interview was going on.
From second batch 6 people got selected this lead total students only for (Technical interview + HR Round).
In Technical interview they will ask question based on your final year project, topics related to it Like my project was on machine learning, data extraction, Big data, recommendation algorithm.
And I also clear that interview and HR interview was simple as there are verifying your document.. After that they told us u will get result after one week.
I was selected... I thank god because choose Capgemini instead of Reliance retail.
