The process consists of four sections. Two of them were online and other two were HR rounds.
In the online test it consists of four rounds. First one is aptitude round and the next is essay writing round.
The aptitude round consists of two sections.
1) Quantitative.
2) Logical.
Each sections consists of 16 questions. You could clear this without any preparations. You get 50 minutes for 32 questions.
The next important round was essay writing round. Here You should be clear about the punctuations. Im sure you able to do aptitude easily but the chances of elimination occurs mostly in essat writing. You must have to type the essay with given number of words. There were almost 700 people appeared and only 142 people got shortlisted.
If you cleared the online test then technical round follows:
In technical they ask some basic questions about the subject and mainly on your resume. And also prepare some basic programs. If you cleared this then they will call for the HR round.
In HR round they mainly focus on your communication skills and confidence level. Don\'t be panic be cool and friendly. If you cleared HR round the results should be announced within a weak.
After failed in lot of companies finally I got placed in capgemini. Really happy for that. If you give your best then surely you will got placed here. Before that I have attended cts there I cleared all 4 rounds online, GD, Technical and HR. And also they asked me to sign the the form. But my name not got shortlisted in CTS.
Eventhough you failed in many of the companies please don\'t worry about that. Never lose your hope. Keepon try and you will get a good company for sure.
