MY INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE

Hi, friends. I am Vinayak Kedia from INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, KOLKATA. I just want to share my interview experience with all of you. First of all I just want to say that don\'t panic before interview. Be calm and be cool and you would definitely going to crack the interview. So firstly I would like to say that prepare well for aptitude.

So I am going to tell you about my interview experience at CAPGEMINI. At around 9:30 am we were told by our TPO (TRAINING PLACEMENT OFFICER) to report at college Premises. We were there and there were around 250 student sitting there. At around 10:30 am the corporate people arrives and then we have a PPT (PRE-PLACEMENT TALK). At 11:30 am ppt was over and we was send to computer labs for the aptitude round. CAPGEMINI aptitude consist of 16 ques of quants and 16 ques of logical time limit for this 50 minutes and after that there would be essay round you have to write essay around 300-350 words and the time limit for essay is 30 minutes.

Topic contains question on profit loss, time speed , Train question, Simple interest, Area, time work, ratio proportions and for logical more emphasize on syllogism, blood relation, table, and coding decoding. Quants and logical is average just practice INDIABIX for this and for essay practice some essay. Topic like online shopping vs normal shopping, Role of social media. And friends there are no negative marking for this so just do all. The cutoff was around 14 in each section. After the test we were said to wait for the result and out of 250 only 40 clear the first round.

Then we have a technical round there were 3 panels for this. I waited for my turn but I understand that at that time you were going to be nervous but guys be confident because you have cleared the first round and chance for being selected is 80%. After 20 minutes I was called for the interview.

After 45 minutes, result was announced and out of 40 students, 26 has been selected. That day was the best day of my life.
