Capgemini Interview Experience - Banglore & 23-02-2016
I went for Capgemini interview through off campus in Bangalore. On the day I have attended that interview more than 1500 members have come. By seeing that much of crowd everyone will be tense. But the crowd is not a matter you should be confident.
Coming to interview: There are 3 rounds:
1) Written Test.
2) Technical Round.
3) HR Round.
1) Written Test:
In my experience Basic knowledge of Aptitude, Reasoning and Verbal is enough to crack the written. No need to worry about this because there is no such a depth questions on this. But you should have knowledge on these topics.
In first round out of 1500 people around 500 people got shortlisted.
2) Technical Round:
My first suggestion is you should have good knowledge in any one of the technology (SQL, JAVA, SPRINGS, etc). It's enough to crack this technical round.
- Initially interviewer asks common question tell me about yourself (Self Introduction). After that interviewer asks me like in which technology your good in. I replied SQL.
He asks me about SQL queries like joints, second maximum salary, Group by clause, etc. Topics like Normalization some other easy stuff just basic. After that, he asked questions on the basis of our resume areas of interest like Computer networks, Basic C programming, particularly about project, etc, that's it. If you clear this round 100% you've selected, no need to worry about HR Round.
3) HR Round:
My suggestion is no need to panic be confident answer for everything in confident manner that's enough.
- Initially, HR will ask you the most common question about your Self Introduction, then relocation, etc.
Finally in that 1500 people totally 150 people got short listed. I am one of them. I am sharing my experience to get an idea how to crack the interview easy without panic.
- Especially I like to say thanks to Aspire Systems company because I have attended the interview in that for 3 times but I was rejected but it gives me a lot of knowledge during those interviews. So friends don't ignore the interviews please go for everything each and every interview will give you some experience.
- In every interview I heard like LEAVE FOR THE DAY it was very painful but you can build your confidence for sure. Finally one day I heard like YOUR SELECTED its sounds so good. I Hope everyone will listen to this word one-day for sure. Don't loss your hope try and try until you success.
ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR BRIGHT FUTURE.
