Capgemini Interview Experience - Bhopal, February 20, 2016

Hello Everyone,
I am a student of computer science branch. I attended Capgemini Off-campus drive held in our college. Campus drive of Capgemini was conducted by Cocubes.
Capgemini Placement drive pattern.
1) Written Test.
2) Group discussion.
3) TR + HR
6th January 2016:
- 1st round comprised of two written tests one of 60 minutes 60 questions (Apti + LR + English) 20 questions in each section.
Approximately 85 out of 200 students cleared the first written test.
After that, another written test of 90 min 75 question having 25 questions in each section was conducted.
On 27th January 2016 the results of 1st rounds were announced 45 students cleared it and I was one of them.
We had our further rounds i.e. GD and Interviews in Bhopal at Technocrats Institute Of Technolgy on February 20, 2016
- 2nd Round:
Next round was Group Discussion round which basically checks the communication skills of the students. My group had 13 members, the topic was really simple "Management skills taught in the classroom are enough or real life experience is more important". The GD went for about 15 mins and about an hour results of my batch were declared 6 out of 13 were selected.
- 3rd round:
There was a single interview Technical + HR.
My interviewer was really very frank. They basically check the confidence and basic knowledge of the core subjects and projects mentioned in the CV.
My interview took place around 6 in the evening and it was around 30 minutes.
ME: Good evening Sir.
SIR: Good Evening, how are you.
SIR: Tell me something about yourself.
ME: Told.
SIR: How placement in Capgemini will help you?
ME: Told.
SIR: Tell me about your academic project.
ME: Told.
SIR: If we relocate you to Mumbai will you have any problem.
ME: I gave him justification for my answer, he cross-questioned it but with my reply he was satisfied.
SIR: Then he asked basic questions on data structures n gave a code on C to sort the numbers.
ME: Told.
SIR: Do you want to ask anything?
ME: Do ask at least one question it reflects your interest in the company.
On March 2nd, 2016 results were declared 6 students from my college were selected and I was one of them. I have selected. So, everyone, The Capgemini Drive will be very easy one if you clear written and even that is also easy. Believe in you. Stay positive. All the Best. Hope this content will help you.
