Hey guys,
Capgemini had come for On Campus recruitment drive. The whole placement process was divided in 3 main sections:
1) Online Aptitude Test (By CoCubes).
2) Group Discussion.
3) Personal Interview (TR+HR).
Day 1:
1) Online Aptitude Test (By CoCubes).
Online Test. There were total 75 questions (English, Reasoning, Quant). Total given time was 90 minutes. No negative marking was there.
English part :- 2 unseen passages, error correction of sentences etc.
Logical Reasoning:- 2 Flow charts, Missing value of a series etc.
Quant- Problem from profit & loss, distance, speed and time, profit and loss, meansuration, trigonometry, heights and distance, logorithm etc.
Day2:
2) Group Discussion.
On 2nd day at first they presented a ppt about the Company Capgemini. After that they divided all 84 students into 8 Groups. GD topics were " Is MNC companies superior than Indian based company? ", " Is MBA overrated these days", "IT profession is good or bad?", "Digital India". I performed really well in GD. I cleared the GD. In each panel there were 5 to 3 members were removed. Out of 84 students, 64 students cleared the GD round.
3) Personal Interview (TR+HR).
- Tell me about yourself.
- Whatever you put in your resume that is very very important, they asked about my 3 minutes project.
- Most of the question were from my internship that was software testing.
- What is SDLC?
- Bacis program fibonocci series, to SI of the given amount, prime no etc
- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
- SQL quries.
